Governance
SEC is a 501(c)6 membership organization operated as a non-profit business league. Each member organization is allocated one vote, regardless of organization size. The Bylaws provide the framework for the organization’s operations. A board of directors includes representatives from the staff of each member organization. The board meets twice per year.
