A Little About ShapingTortillasThe best way to make tortillas if you don't have a press is to use two pieces of plastic that you get from the pastry case at a store. Sandwich the dough between the plastic sheets and press it into a disk with your palm. Once it is somewhat flat, use the rolling pin to roll the dough until it is smooth and thin. After rolling the dough a few times, turn the tortilla to keep it circular.
