appointed travel agent Jennifer, at Travel & Cruise Desk,
AT LEAST 30 days before travel. 

It is the traveler's responsibility to check the US government
per diem rates and book hotels within that rate. 

All reimbursable travel dates are for travelers departing from North America. 
If you are locally based, your arrival is one day before the trade show
